Although things are definitely rocky between Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox right now, it seems that their sons have been saved from having to deal with the divorce drama.

Green opened up about their current family situation during an exclusive interview with ET’s Nischelle Turner. Although the actor stayed pretty quiet about the divorce, he did tell her all about how their kids, Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 4, were handling their current situation.

For schooling, Green adjusted their 'online classroom' to help Noah learn better.

He told the outlet: "We have a pod of like six other kids, because our 8-year-old, he just wasn't into the remote learning at all."

Green added, "Sitting in front of a computer and doing that, that just wasn't his thing... I think some kids need the socialization. Like, they really need to be with other kids."

The father of three has also taken a very hands-on approach to their extracurricular activities.

"I built a chicken coop over the summer. And now I'm currently building a vegetable garden," he explained. "[I thought], 'We're forced to eat at home more, so let me figure out a way of making that a cooler experience for the kids.'"

Luckily, his theory paid off: "The kids are way more excited about eating it than going to a grocery store and buying fruits and vegetables and all of that."

"Like picking fruits off of trees or bushes, their involvement is what keeps them excited about eating it," he continued. "I'm just I'm learning as I go. It's all trial and error at this point."

Although Green's comments certainly seem harmless, there's no telling how Fox will react to the interview.

Over Halloween this year, the actress took to social media to criticize her ex after he posted a photo with their son Journey (which was later deleted).

The actress commented directly on the post, "Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It's not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren't in... you're so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I'm an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time. Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human! Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?"

Clearly, Fox is not happy when Green is publicly portraying himself as the 'perfect father'--especially if it makes her look like an "absent mother." Although the actress has not commented on this interview yet, there's a good chance she feels the same way about this interview that she did about the Halloween picture: not happy.
