Brie Larson graced the Hollywood red carpet premiere of her new Disney+ show Growing Up last week, donning a stunning silver pantsuit (and taking our breath away in the process). The Captain Marvel star, 32, shined in the shimmering, sparkle-adorned, curve-hugging piece, and flaunted her toned figure in the sultry, subtly sheer item.

Larson’s gorgeous garment was designed by Valentino, and featured a high, halter neckline, a flowy, wide-leg cut, and crystal-embellished details. She accessorized with a silver monogrammed chain belt around her tiny, trim waist, with the classic ‘V’ logo in its center from the luxury Italian label.

To top it all off, the Oscar winner added silver hoop earrings, rings, and drew more attention to her makeup look as she tied her long, dirty-blonde tresses into a slicked-back, elegant low ponytail. Larson opted for a smokey eye, voluminous lashes, rosy blush along her cheekbones, and a glossy red lip.

The Room actress shared her red carpet ensemble in a post for her 7 million Instagram followers. In the photo collection upload, Larson was all smiles with her team and the stars of the show she worked on as creator and executive producer. She captioned the pics, “Started crying the moment I stepped into the venue,” adding, “Thank you to EVERYONE. All the heroes, the producers, directors, @disneyplus, @culturehousemedia, and more who brought this special docu-series to life.”

“#DisneyGrowingUp is streaming on Disney+ and I can’t wait for you all to watch, learn, and share your own experiences.” The Scott Pilgrim vs. The World alum concluded her message, I love you and hope you’re feeling happy and safe in your body,” with a red heart emoji.

In an interview with People Magazine, Larson explained that her touching new series highlights 10 young people with inspiring stories who deeply impacted her as a person. “I’m not the same,” she told the outlet, after working on the show. “I’m a better person. I’m a better partner. I’m a better human after meeting all of these incredible, incredible heroes.

She went on, “They are able to articulate and talk about things that I don’t know if, at their age, I would’ve had the courage to be able to talk about, and they’re doing an incredible service to us.” Larson noted that Growing Up can speak particularly to adults who have “forgotten certain things or maybe suppressing certain things that need to be said.”

“I’ve cried a lot through this process and it’s not just sad tears. It’s just happy tears and tears of gratitude,” Larson continued. “And I feel just eternally grateful.” According to the show’s description on Disney+, Growing Up is “an innovative hybrid docuseries that explores the challenges, triumphs and complexities of adolescence through ten compelling coming of age stories.”
