The piece was adorned with sequins, and the Endless Love actress carried a matching clutch and rocked a silver necklace and glimmering bracelets.
While gracing the Shrine Auditorium carpet in Los Angeles, Shields wore her signature dark auburn/ copper tresses down, parted in the center and styled into elegant loose waves. For her makeup look, the Blue Lagoon star sported silver eyeshadow, sky-high lashes, ample rosy blush and a glossy pink lip.

Following a shared post by Shields and Good Morning America featuring a clip of her on the red carpet, fans flocked to the Instagram comments section to share their thoughts. "She has never looked better!" one gushed. Another added: "Stunning! Sparkling inside and out!!"
Someone else chimed in: "Such a beautiful and classy dress." An additional user shared: "Amazing look and Brooke is such a beauty!" According to InStyle, Shields succeeded in honoring her famous '80s Calvin Klein advertisement through her disco ball-esque frock.
At the ceremony, she stopped for interviews with People and Entertainment Tonight. Shields shared: "We need to be able to escape. We need to be able to feel. That's why the arts are so important."
When chatting with People, the mom of two (who shares daughters Rowan, 21, and Grier, 18, with her husband Chris Henchy) also spoke about her IVF journey. Shields revealed that Fran Drescher helped her. "She helped me with my fertility treatments when I was trying to get pregnant," Shields noted.
Regarding Drescher, 67, Shields also joked: "She shot me up." The two actresses then joined each other for a wholesome moment on the red carpet. The Nanny alum revealed: "That's true, that's true."
