Burger King Just Dropped A MAJOR Bombshell & No One Can Believe It!

Burger King restaurants are about to look a whole lot different!

The fast food chain just announced that it will be changing it’s dining rooms in order to adapt to the reality of living in the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak.

The new locations will even have pick-up lockers for food! Welcome to the future. Here’s everything you need to know:

To create a better, safer dining experience throughout COVID and beyond, the company enlisted Restaurant Brands International in-house design group to redesign its restaurants.

The plus is that you can continue to enjoy Burger King meals no matter how unsafe or scary the state of the world get. The downside is that your favorite restaurant *might* look very different.

This means expanded drive-thrus and pick-up lockers, among other changes. These extra health precautions will allow for Burger King customers to scoop up Whopper meals and Impossible burgers in a more convenient and safe way.

Announced in a Sept. 3rd press release, the innovative designs also include a physical footprint 60% smaller than a traditional Burger King locations.

Here are the delivery options with the new restaurant model: The first is completely contactless, which is the Pick Lockers. Place your order on the mobile app and pick up the food from coded food lockers facing the exterior of the restaurant. Your food comes straight from the kitchen to the locker.

The second option is the expanded drive-thru option. There will be double or even triple drive-thru lanes; you can even get a look inside the kitchen through the living wall. The glass facade also has a walk up window for customers to pick up their order.

A third option is curbside delivery; place your order in the mobile app and then arrive at dedicated parking spots for curbside delivery.

Lastly, there's on-site dining. Park your car in the drive-in area, covered by solar powered canopies. Place your order through the mobile app and scan a QR code available at your parking spot. The food will be delivered straight to your car.
