Cara Delevingne, 28, and Kaia Gerber, 18, have been spending a ton of time together throughout quarantine. Although their friendship might seem a little sudden, they’ve been spending time together since March (at least, publicly).
To celebrate being BFFs and Cara’s 28th, the two got matching tattoos. The models got the word “solemate” inked along the arch of their feet.

Kaia shared a series of pictures of her and Cara to celebrate her bestie’s birthday.
Each photo proved that they are officially #bestiegoals.
In one, Cara wore a sweatshirt with Kaia's face on it; Kaia captioned the pic, "The only person who wears my face on a sweatshirt."
In the other, they are holding feet; yes, you read that right.
Finally, the third pic shows their matching tats!
According to Cosmopolitan, their friendship started early this spring: "At the beginning of March, Kaia and Cara were spotted out for a stroll along with Margaret Qualley, Tommy Dorfman, and Cara’s ex Ashley Benson."
Since then, they've only grown closer.
In July, the models attended a Black Lives Matter protest together. The outdoor protest occurred in downtown LA, outside the Hall Of Justice.
The models looked close at the event, standing next to each other and hugging.
The tattoo, along with their PDA at the protests, have some fans wondering if their friendship is actually a romance. Some even thought that the tattoo news was confirmation of their relationship. One Twitter user wrote, "Love them together."
Another wrote, "a couple tattoo already? jealous!!"
