Carrie Underwood gave a killer performance of “Hate My Heart” at the 2023 CMT Music Awards, but the hitmaker unfortunately didn’t take home any awards at the ceremony. The “Before He Cheats” singer, 40, was up for two awards at the event, and stunned fans when she graced the red carpet in a long-sleeved, crystal-encrusted top with matching short-shorts from Dolce & Gabbana.

Fans Slam CMT Music Awards For 'Robbing' Underwood Of 'Deserved' Wins
Naturally, fans headed to Underwood's IG comment section to not only hype up her silver, glimmering get-up, but also to express their "sadness" at her "getting robbed" and not winning either of the two awards. "Best legs in the business! I’m so jealous! Lol" one commented as another chimed in, writing, "Obsessed with this look," with heart-eye emojis (us, too!)
One fan wrote under the American Idol winner's upload, "You were amazing as usual! I’m glad you saw us voting, but man do I feel like we let you down some. You deserve the world." Someone else added, "you deserved those awards more than anyone" as one other replied, "Love your music, but no longer following CMT."
Although Underwood didn't bring home the gold this year, the "Jesus, Take the Wheel" hitmaker still remains the most-awarded star in CMT Music Awards history!
