Carrie Underwood has ventured into the world of health and wellness with her new fitness app, fit52. However, her latest workout video has sparked a buzz among her fans, who are “curious” about her “evolving” appearance. The country music sensation, 41, and fit52 teamed up to share a post on Instagram last week, promoting a “Flash Fit” workout session titled “Flash Fit Legs with Carrie Underwood.”

Clad in sporty attire in the clip, the “Before He Cheats” hitmaker beamed at the camera, addressing her whopping 13.2 million Instagram followers with a cheerful message. “Okay, it’s time to work out, let’s do this,” she said. The sculpted American Idol winner then dove into an array of exercises like close stance dumbbell squats, glute bridges on toes, mini band standing hip flexions, and clam shells.

Carrie Underwood’s Fans React To Her New Instagram Workout Video Amid Plastic Surgery Rumors

The caption read: “Show your legs some love this long weekend with a Flash Fit workout. Our fearless leader @carrieunderwood is bringing you a spicy session that will target and strengthen your lower body.” Fans were instructed to “complete 10 reps of each move and repeat the circuit three times for a quick and effective workout in under 15 minutes.”

While many viewers in the post’s comments section praised Underwood’s workout routine and admired her toned physique, others couldn’t help but fixate on her “changing” appearance amidst swirling rumors of recent plastic surgery. “She looks different… but always fit,” one fan wrote as another added: “Love this!! Thanks for the tips and inspo.” Someone else noted: “If this is gonna give me Carrie’s Legs Count Me In.”

In 2017, while walking down the steps outside of her home in Nashville, Underwood had an unfortunate fall that resulted in a fractured wrist requiring surgical intervention and a number of lacerations on her visage, for which she had to endure over 40 stitches.

One year later, while appearing on the iHeartRadio Bobby Bones Show, the "Blown Away" songstress shared the details of her accident. The mom of two recounted how one evening, as she was about to take her furry companions for a leisurely stroll, she lost her footing and took a tumble.

"I was taking the dogs out to go pee one last time, and I just — I tripped," Underwood explained. "There was one step, and I didn’t let go of the leashes! Priorities! So that’s why my left hand’s fine. But I went to catch myself, and I just missed a step." The musician continued: "If I had fallen anywhere else, I would have been perfectly fine. But it was one step that messed everything up."

During another conversation at the time with Storme Warren on SiriusXM’s The Highway channel, Underwood reflected: "I thought I just busted my lip. Then I walked inside and took the dog leashes off and took my coat off and went to go survey the damage and was like, ‘Oh, no!'"

She went on: "I’m acting very calm about it now, but … it wasn’t pretty. I chipped my tooth, but it was just my skin, thank the Lord. Stitches and all that stuff."

According to The U.S. Sun, Underwood confessed that she looked different following the accident and was uncertain if she'd ever look the same again.

Whether she's had reconstructive or plastic surgery, or perhaps used Botox or fillers to enhance her appearance after the incident remains a mystery. She hasn't yet addressed the swirling fan rumors and accusations about potential cosmetic procedures in recent years.
