Huge congratulations to Carrie Underwood, as she has just won the SoundExchange Hall of Fame Award for being one of the most-streamed artists in the organization’s 20-year history! And it wouldn’t be right if she didn’t wear a pair of her signature short shorts to accept the award!
The 40-year-old “Hate My Heart” singer received the award from SoundExchange President and CEO Michael Huppe at Resorts World Theatre, the home of her Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency, wearing one of her go-to leg-revealing outfits.

The eight-time Grammy winner flaunted her toned and enviable pins in a tiny pair of shorts, which she teamed with an unbuttoned long blue, red, and black plaid shirt. She wore a simple black top underneath the shirt, and accessorized with many layers of gold necklaces. Her blonde hair was worn in a voluminous, glossy, curly center-parted down do, and her makeup consisted of a dramatic dark eye, bronzed cheeks, and a soft nude lip.
Huppe sang Underwood's praises as she received the award from the premier music tech organization, saying: "Carrie Underwood made history right out of the gate with her 2005 debut single "Inside Your Heaven," which made her the first country singer to debut atop The Billboard Hot 100." He added: "Ever since she stole our hearts on American Idol, she has been soaring high, breaking records and excelling across industries. We are thrilled to honor Carrie with the SoundExchange Hall of Fame Award."
