Carrie Underwood kicked off 2025 with a bang, setting the stage on fire for an epic performance during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest in Times Square.
The 41-year-old new American Idol host treated the audience to a few outfit changes throughout the evening, which she was also co-hosting with Seacrest, but one particular outfit stole the show for us!

Carrie Underwood Wears A Dazzling Silver Pantsuit For NYE Performance
The mom-of-two treated fans to a stunning black and gold fringed robe for her first performance, and then changed into a feathered bright pink jacket worn over a dazzling silver pantsuit.
The pantsuit thankfully got even more attention when Carrie took the pink jacket off to perform her epic 2005 hit, “Before He Cheats,” revealing the outfit in all its glory. Her blonde hair was worn in its signature center-parted soft waves, and Carrie’s makeup was glamorous, as always, complete with bold eye makeup and a more natural-colored lip.
The “Jesus, Take the Wheel” hitmaker dutifully shared some images of her outfits with her 13.2M Instagram followers, and captioned her post: “We had such a magical time ringing in the new year in #TimesSquare with @RockinEve ! Welcome to 2025, folks! May we all make the most of it… the possibilities are endless! Praying for peace, health and blessings for us all!”
