Carrie Underwood and her infamous legs stole the show when she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, June 14th. The 39-year-old country singer took to the stage with her band to perform “Pink Champagne,” the insanely catchy new song co-written by Carrie alongside David Garcia, Ashley Gorley, and Hillary Lindsey, which is taken from her highly-anticipated new album, “Denim & Rhinestones.”
And the former American Idol winner appears to love the track just as much as her fans do, saying it is “definitely one of my favorite songs on the album” during an interview with her record label. “It makes me so happy, so happy to listen to, so happy to sing. It makes me want to dance, makes me want to sing into my hairbrush, it makes me want to turn it up and just have a blast with it,” she added.
It’s clear to see that Carrie loved performing the song when she appeared on the show. And her on-stage outfit was a key talking point among her fans, as it was just as show-stopping as the rest of her previous stage ensembles have been over the years.
She flaunted her beyond-enviable toned pins in some black denim rhinestone-encrusted cut-off short shorts (we will never get tired of seeing Carrie in her Daisy Dukes, you can quote us on that!) which she accessorized with a black and pink sheer fringed long-sleeved top, also complete with rhinestones, of course, and cowboy boots. We will also *never* stop being in awe of Carrie’s legs!
The "Ghost Story" singer wore her hair in a voluminous and glamorous long wavy down do – she clearly got a fresh blow out just for the performance, as there wasn’t a single hair out of place – and had sparkly, glittery eye shadow, which stood out during the entirety of her performance.
We're beyond excited to see what leg-flashing looks Carrie will treat fans to on her 43-date "Denim & Rhinestones Tour" when it kicks off on October 15th in Greenville, South Carolina. Watch this space!
