Carrie Underwood Stuns In A Throwback Snap On Instagram

The throwback picture in question shows a young Carrie Underwood smiling at the camera with a flip phone pressed to her ear, presumably calling a loved one to share the great news: She’d received her golden ticket to Hollywood, and would be auditioning for American Idol!

“REFLECTION of the week:” Underwood captioned the photo, which now has over 120,000 likes. “Contestant number #14887 received her golden ticket to Hollywood! I can’t believe it has been almost 20 years since auditioning for @AmericanIdol! #ReflectionOfTheWeek!”
