Catherine's husband received the Honorary Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival's opening ceremony. She, of course, supported him in style. The ageless actress wore a stunning fiery red gown from Elie Saab. The floor-length gown featured a plunging neckline, a purple gradient, and a one-sleeve cape detail. Her Grecian ensemble also featured a cummerbund that cinched her waist.
She looked as stunning as ever with loose beach waves, a nude lip, full lashes, and glowy red eyeshadow. Catherine chose to let the plunging neckline speak for itself and didn't accessorize with a necklace—but she did wear red, gemstone earrings, a diamond bracelet, a chunky red ring, and her wedding wing.
Her daughter also wore an Elie Saab dress but in white. Carys's dress was made from a sheer lace fabric with netting detail on the skirt. She styled her hair up and out of her face in a tightly braided bun. Catherine's daughter finished off the look with silver statement earrings, a bracelet, and rings. As for glam, Carys had rosy pink cheeks, a pink lip, and shimmering eye shadow.
Michael, on the other hand, was dapper as always in a three-piece black tuxedo with a button-down white shirt, a black bowtie, a white pocket square, and black dress shoes. His documentary, Michael Douglas, The Prodigal Son, is also screening at the Cannes Film Festival. The family also shared a sweet moment when the two women planted a kiss on both of Michael's cheeks at the top of the iconic steps.
