We are so here for the 2019 red carpet season, because ANYTHING goes.

From Kim Kardashian‘s near-wardrobe malfunction inducing Mugler dress at the Hollywood Beauty Awards, to Bebe Rexha and Heidi Klum‘s cleavage-baring Grammys and Golden Globes looks, celebrities are defining red carpet rules themselves.
