Chris Pratt was recently deemed the worst Hollywood Chris, and his Avengers: Endgame co-stars are stepping up to defend the actor.

The Jurassic World actor has faced a lot of criticism recently due to rumors about his conservative political beliefs, and his association with Hillsong Church (which has been accused of being anti-LGBTQ+).

These rumors came to a head when Pratt was noticeably absent as the rest of the Avengers cast (minus Robert Downey Jr.) assembled for a fundraiser in support of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Mark Ruffalo, who plays the Hulk, spoke out in support of his co-star on Twitter after learning that Pratt had been labeled the least favorite Hollywood Chris.

The actor also tried to redirect his followers' attention to the election coming up with his reference to "keep[ing] our eyes on the prize."

Zoe Saldana also spoke out in defense of the actor, encouraging him to "keep [his] head up" despite the criticism.

Robert Downey Jr. also spoke up for Pratt. On Instagram, the Iron Man actor wrote, "What a world... The “sinless” are casting stones at my #brother, Chris Pratt... A real #Christian who lives by #principle, has never demonstrated anything but #positivity and #gratitude... AND he just married into a family that makes space for civil discourse and (just plain fact) INSISTS on service as the highest value. If you take issue with Chris,,, I’ve got a novel idea.Delete your social media accounts, sit with your OWN defects of #character, work on THEM, then celebrate your humanness... @prattprattpratt I #gotyerbackbackback."

Although Pratt's friends probably had good intentions with these messages of support, not everyone appreciated them speaking out, especially considering they have been silent when their female co-stars faced harsh criticism.

One fan replied to Ruffalo's tweet, "Where was this energy when people attacked Tessa Thompson for being casted as [V]alkyrie, where was this energy when Zendaya was attacked for being casted as MJ, where was this energy when Brie Larson was being attacked for speaking up on the lack of diversity in the industry."

All valid points, and it doesn't seem like the Marvel actors have a response. Plus, Pratt himself has not responded to the criticism.
