July 25, 2017 by Blair Donovan

Celebs will go to much greater lengths than the rest of us non-famous folks to keep their pristine figures. Name the weirdest diet trend, and there's probably at least one celeb attached to it. From Megan Fox's vinegar diet to Gwyneth Paltrow allegedly eating baby food, the bizzare list could go on. But, no matter how odd they appear, they seem to work, so that does give our Hollywood favorites some credibility. Many celebrities have stood behind detox drinks, which are a more conventional form of weight loss, so we trust them there. Check out the 6 best detox drinks celebrities swear by for fast weight loss so you can steer clear of any other ridiculous diet fads.

According to Marie Claire, celebrities LOVE turning to detox teas. One specific brand, Lyfe Tea, has been endorsed by the likes of Hilary Duff and Audrina Partridge. This detox tea can help surpress your appetite and boost your energy. If you want proof, check out the page of their website dedicated to showing photos of real results from real customers. The proof is in the pudding. Er, tea.

Another beloved celebrity detox tea is MateFit Tea, which promises to boost your metabolism, improve digestion and cholesterol, and regulate your sugar cravings. This one has been used by even more notorious celebs, including Nicki Minaj and Britney Spears.

Want to know Beyoncé's go-to detox routine? Stupid question—we know you do. Queen Bey tried the Master Cleanse diet in 2006 to get in shape (well, even better shape) for her Dreamgirls role. This liquid diet involves drinking a mixture of fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water 6-12 times a day. This detox drink helps you shed weight fast, but you're depriving yourself of food. Even if Beyoncé did it, you might want to consider a detox diet that incorporates some more substantial ingredients.

Anne Hathaway is a tried and true proponent of the 48-Hour Cleanse to get ready for the Red Carpet, according to People. Founded by NYC trainer David Kirsch, this cleanse is essentially the same as the Master Cleanse, but much faster. It involves drinking a pink lemonade-like substance called LemonAid 4 times a day for 48 hours straight. Kirsch told Elle that the substance is designed to clean your kidneys and detoxify your liver.

In terms of juice detoxes, actresses Julia Stiles and Olivia Wilde swear by the BluePrint Cleanse. Their detox drinks give you more energy and helps reset your digestive system. Stiles turns to this cleanse for more than weight loss, according to Popsugar. It's a crucial part of her regimen whenever she feels overworked and wants to help her system recharge.

Another juice cleanse, Organice Avenue, has been used by Gwyneth Paltrow and Naomi Watts, just to name a few. According to Elle, this cleanse mixes things up a bit, with options like cucumber soup and sunflower salad.
