Chrissy Teigen was revealed to have a past of cyber bullying other women. Tweets that the cookbook author had made from 2011 to 2013 have resurfaced, shedding light on this past.
In one such message originally posted in 2013, Teigen had written, “Farrah Abraham now thinks she is pregnant from her sex tape. in other news you’re a wh**e and everyone hates you whoops not other news sorry.”
Abraham, now 30, has been very open about her mental health struggles, which included a battle with depression and suicidal thoughts. She has been in the public eye since the age of 16 when she was featured in MTV’s “16 and Pregnant” and later the network’s “Teen Mom.”
Other victims of Teigen’s cyber bullying include Courtney Stodden, Lindsay Lohan and Sarah Palin. Teigen has made a public apology since the old Tweets came to light, though Abraham has said that she is yet to receive an apology.
"Not a lot of people are lucky enough to be held accountable for all their past bullshit in front of the entire world," she wrote on Twitter. "I’m mortified and sad at who I used to be. I was an insecure, attention seeking troll. I am ashamed and completely embarrassed at my behavior but that is nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel.
"I have worked so hard to give you guys joy and be beloved and the feeling of letting you down is nearly unbearable, truly. These were not my only mistakes and surely won’t be my last as hard as I try but god I will try!!"
"I think people sensationalizing my sex life or turning it into something ugly is not ever what I would want women to feel like,” Abraham told Fox News.
She continued, “I don't know how good of a mother Chrissy Teigen is going to be. You cannot bully. You cannot hurt people from the core. There's a lot of developmental things she's really got to work through if you can't apologize for things and be a responsible adult."
