Miley Cyrus kicked things off this year with her Super Bowl look but wowed us with even more risky ‘fits as the year went on. Carrie Underwood has been leaving us speechless with each of her Las Vegas residency looks. And Jennifer Lopez wowed us when she took the stage in a wedding-inspired dress we’re still thinking about.

First up: Miley. The 29-year-old has been serving major pop-star-turned-rock-star looks every time we see her. But when we saw her wearing THIS romper on stage, we were bracing ourselves for a major wardrobe malfunction! Miley took the stage to perform at Austin City Limits Music Festival in October and took the opportunity to wear her rocker style to the fullest—with this red sparkly romper, a western style belt, and her trademark mullet hair pulled up in an updo.
She also risked a major wardrobe malfunction on stage in this barely-there top.

Carrie Underwood has truly been the biggest wildcard when it comes to stage style—surprising her fans (and us!) with her sexier and sexier stage looks. We’re used to seeing the 38-year-old singer in glamorous gowns, but she has been stripping down more than ever during her Vegas residency.
The skintight and plunging neckline bodysuit she wore to kick off her residency made our jaws drop and so did the barely-there booty shorts she shared with her Instagram followers on December 5th. Carrie is super fit, and these micro shorts show off her ultra-toned gams—WOW.
Jennifer Lopez serves hot looks on the red carpet, on Instagram, and performing on stage. And she wore one of our favorite looks when she took to the AMAs stage on November 21st for a stunning performance of the original song, "On My Way (Marry Me)" looking like a sexy bride! We can’t help but wonder what Ben Affleck thought of her bridal look? The 52-year-old multi-hyphenate star looked stunning on the stage in this nude corseted Dolce & Gabbana wedding dress, complete with a matching short veil headpiece.
The corset was SO tight and low-cut JLo definitely came dangerously close to busting out! But we think this corset trend is one worth risking a wardrobe malfunction for.
