Céline Dion was the epitome of elegance at a New York City event this week, where she dazzled attendees while promoting I Am: Céline Dion, an eagerly awaited Prime Video documentary. This film promises to pull back the curtain on the “Because You Love Me” hitmaker’s extraordinary journey as a legendary singer, entertainer, and performer.

It also bravely highlights Dion’s ongoing battle with stiff-person syndrome (SPS), a rare neurological disorder. Striding down the red carpet, the Grammy-winner, 56, left onlookers in awe, dressed in a stunning, all-white ensemble that featured a flowing maxi skirt and a sophisticated long-sleeved blouse adorned with a ribbon at the neckline.

To complete her get-up, the "My Heart Will Go On" artist added a bedazzled belt around her tiny waist and accessorized with eye-catching layered bracelets, pearl stud earrings  and sparking rings. As for her glam, Dion wore her honey blonde tresses down, parted in the center and styled into effortless loose waves.

For her makeup look, the stylish "Queen of Power Ballads" wore smokey black liner and eyeshadow, voluminous lashes and rosy blush on her cheekbones. To top it all off, the "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" singer added shiny pink lip gloss. Dion struck a pose for several solo shots at the event, but she also shared the spotlight with her 23-year-old son, René-Charles Angélil, who looked dapper in a black suit paired with matching dress shoes.

Dion, who has three children—René-Charles and 13-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy—with her late husband René Angélil, lost him to throat cancer in 2016.

In a heartfelt tribute to her admirers, I Am: Celine Dion is affectionately described as a "love letter to her fans" in the press release. The official trailer, which dropped in May 2024, offers a glimpse into Dion's illustrious career, interwoven with candid, confessional interviews.

In the trailer, the mom of three opens up by saying: "My voice is the conductor of my life," and goes on to reveal that lately, her condition—marked by muscle spasms—has made it a real challenge to pursue her greatest passion. "I miss it so much," Dion is also heard saying.

Regarding performing, she notes: "the people, I miss them. If I can’t run, I’ll walk. If I can’t walk, I’ll crawl." Mark your calendars for June 25th, because that's when I Am: Céline Dion makes its grand debut on Prime Video.
