The "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" artist (who has also had other gorg style moments this year, as seen above and below), captioned her October 23rd post for her 8.5 million followers: "It was my honor to share the stage with the guest of honor, Jay Marciano, and the likes of my dear friend @eltonjohn for a truly unforgettable evening."

Dion continued: "City of Hope is a phenomenal cancer research organization and to be a part of such an inspiring night touched my heart deeply. I’m so grateful to have been invited. Together, we can make a difference." Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts.

"You were incredibly beautiful as always, Céline!" one wrote as another added: "Mother is shining !!! that’s our queen little by little, day by day, one step at a time and she is coming back." An additional fan gushed: "gorgeous" as others conveyed their (and our) thoughts on Dion's look with red hearts and heart-eye emojis.  

Lucien Grainge, along with Elton John and David Furnish, graced the star-studded event along with the "Because You Loved Me" crooner.

This year, Dion has once again impressed her fans with her fashion sense, even as she contends with her rare neurological condition. Back in June, while promoting I Am: Céline Dion in New York City, she left onlookers in awe, dressed in a stunning, all-white ensemble that featured a flowing maxi skirt and a sophisticated long-sleeved blouse adorned with a ribbon at the neckline.

At the 2024 Grammys, Dion rocked an exquisite pink chiffon gown by Valentino and topping it off with a chic long camel coat from the renowned Italian fashion house.
