Celine Dion stepped out in public for the first time in over three years this past Monday, and she looks fantastic! This comes just under a year after being diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, but the singer hasn’t let this disease stop her from having fun with her family. The Queen of Power Ballads attended the Montreal Canadiens vs Vegas Golden Knights NHL game on Oct. 30th with her three sons, and fans were ecstatic to see Celine out and about.

Dion was diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome last December, which is a disease that affects the nervous system and can cause muscle spasms. This past May, the singer made the difficult decision to cancel all her tour dates through April 2024. She has stepped out of the public eye as of the past three years, so fans were rightly excited to see her earlier this week.

Celine Dion attends an NHL game with her three sons

The Canadian singer attended a NHL game in Las Vegas on Monday with her three sons, René-Charles, 22, and twins Eddy and Nelson, 13. In an Instagram post, the "My Heart Will Go On" singer posed with her kids and captioned the photo thanking the Canadiens for meeting them after the game.

"My boys and I had such a fun time visiting with the Montreal Canadiens after their hockey game with Vegas Golden Knights in Las Vegas Monday night," she wrote. “They played so well, what a game!! Thank you for meeting us after the game, guys! That was memorable for all of us." She signed off her note, writing, "Have a great season!"

In a clip the Montreal Canadiens posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, Celine can be seen chatting in French with the head coach, Martin St-Louis. "I remember when you were 14 years old you sang for the Pope," the coach said with a smile.

"Well, it's been a while since then, eh?" Celine replied. "We've changed a little since then, but not too much," she laughed.

St-Louis agreed, replying, "We've aged well."

Before leaving, Celine shook hands with a few of the players, telling them "Just stay healthy, strong, healthy, nothing wrong. Do what you do best."
