Channing Tatum got tested for COVID-19 after his 40th birthday. According to TMZ, the actor celebrated his birthday by dirt biking with a close group of friends. Although the group had apparently been individually quarantining before the get-together, Jenna Dewan expressed concerns about the actor’s potential exposure to the virus.

Dewan, who shares custody of their daughter Everly with her ex-husband, encouraged him to get tested in light of his birthday celebration. Specifically, sources told TMZ that Dewan was concerned about Everly's health and safety, considering their daughter has been going back and forth between their homes throughout quarantine.

She also expressed concern over her own health and safety. Dewan has a newborn baby, Callum, at home with her fiancé Steve Kazee.

TMZ continued, "We're told Channing understood the concern and decided to get tested on his own. After a few days of waiting for results -- during which Everly stayed a few extra days with Jenna -- Channing got an answer ... negative."

Since the test confirmed Tatum's health, the parents have returned to their regular custody schedule.
