Charging Your Phone To 100% All The TimeYour iPhone doesn’t need to be charged to 100 percent, and doing so is not great for your battery. The iPhone operates best when it’s between 30 and 80 percent charged. Allowing it to fall lower than 10 percent is a no-no, but so it continually charging it to 100 percent.
