Chick-fil-A Sauce Is Being Pulled From Restaurants Due To ‘Possible Allergens’

Chick-fil-A Polynesian sauce dipping cups have been pulled from shelves due to possible allergens. The affected dipping cups were sold across multiple stores across multiple states. Chick-fil-A reported the recall with a popup on their website, explaining that some sauces may contain wheat and soy allergens. Chick-fil-A Polynesian Sauce Recall

According to Chick-fil-A, the recall includes any Polynesian sauce dipping cup that were sold between Feb. 14 and Feb. 27 of this year. A Chick-fil-A spokesperson explained to CNN that the sauce's manufacturer packed some of the Polynesian sauce dipping cups with sriracha sauce, which contains wheat and soy.

All Chick-fil-A restaurants have disposed of the affected products, but if you've taken some home to save for another day, it might be best to toss those ones, and pick up a few new ones on your next stop. The recall does not include bottled products that you might purchase at your local grocery story, rather just the free dipping cups given out with your fast food order.
