He says that 1 serving is only 420 calories with 52 grams of protein.

Ingredients: 2 jalapeño peppers, 1 red onion, 1 green pepper, 4 tablespoons minced garlic, 30 oz of diced tomato, 2 cans low sodium corn, 15 oz tomato sauce, 30 oz chicken stock, 3 lbs. chicken breast, 1 can rinsed black beans, 1 packet of taco seasoning, and 2 cups fiesta blend cheese.

2. Creamy chicken tortellini soup

Makayla, a food and fitness blogger, shared her favorite fall soup, which she says is “low calorie, low carb, and higher protein too.”

The ingredients she uses, such as seasonings like garlic, chili powder, cumin, chicken broth, shredded chicken, light cream, cheese, and skim mozzarella, are all full of flavor without the excessive calories.

The seasonings boost your metabolism, the broth will add volume to the meal, the chicken is perfect for protein, and the light dairy options all have reduced fat content.

3. Classic chicken noodle soup

Dr. Rachel Paul posts simple weight loss and meal plans on her TikTok. She shared her take on the classic and traditional chicken noodle soup that is only “450 calories for a HUGE bowl.”

Ingredients: 3 chicken thighs, 4 cups chicken broth, 3/4 cup dry pasta, 9 medium carrots, 1 1/2 cups celery, 3 small onions, 1 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, thyme, pepper, and salt.

4. Golden chicken soup

Lucy (@lucysallysommer) posted her viral golden chicken soup recipe, which she says she cooks for anyone that feels “ill.” Her healthy soup option has tons of anti-inflammatory ingredients, and she also recommends using good-quality chicken broth for the best flavor.

Ingredients: Olive oil, 1 onion diced, 1 carrot diced, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon turmeric, Rosemary stalk (or finely chop leaves), 2-3 bay leaves, pinch chili flakes (optional), 1.L chicken broth, generous pinch of salt and pepper, 1 lemon juice, ½ cup stelline (star pasta), 2 cups shredded chicken, 1 cup frozen peas, parmesan and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
