Fast food is often seen as a challenge for those trying to maintain a healthy diet. It’s hard to control your cravings when there’s a fast food chain on almost every corner of the street. However, Chipotle is one of the fast food restaurants that offers a variety of customizable options that can aid in weight loss. When you choose the right ingredients, it allows you to enjoy a satisfying meal while staying in a calorie deficit, which is important for losing weight.

Chipotle Brisket
Samantha ordered a bowl with the limited-time brisket option, no beans or rice, fajita veggies, corn pico, red chili habanero salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. Since this entire bowl is around 600 calories, she asked for another bowl to save half of the order for dinner. She ate half of the bowl with Quest’s hot and spicy protein chips that taste just like nachos!
“This tastes amazing; it’s so satisfying, and I have an entire second meal for later,” she notes.

Why this order is weight loss-friendly
By splitting the bowl into two separate meals, Samantha kept her calorie intake to a minimum, which is essential for staying in a calorie deficit. As far as the ingredients go, the biscuits provide lean protein, which helps with muscle maintenance and satiety.
The addition of fajita veggies, corn pico, and lettuce adds fiber, vitamins, and minerals. These will also help promote better digestion. Although the chips are optional, a clean-ingredient healthy chip brand can help satisfy cravings without adding too many excessive calories.
