Fast food is often seen as a challenge for those trying to maintain a healthy diet. It’s hard to control your cravings when there’s a fast food chain on almost every corner of the street. However, Chipotle is one of the fast food restaurants that offers a variety of customizable options that can aid in weight loss. When you choose the right ingredients, it allows you to enjoy a satisfying meal while staying in a calorie deficit, which is important for losing weight.
Samantha Milton, a health and wellness coach who has lost over 200 pounds so far, recently shared her chipotle brisket order that’s perfect for those in a calorie deficit. She notes that this “10/10” order contains 440 calories and 33 grams of protein. Read on to get all the details!
Samantha ordered a bowl with the limited-time brisket option, no beans or rice, fajita veggies, corn pico, red chili habanero salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. Since this entire bowl is around 600 calories, she asked for another bowl to save half of the order for dinner. She ate half of the bowl with Quest’s hot and spicy protein chips that taste just like nachos!
“This tastes amazing; it’s so satisfying, and I have an entire second meal for later,” she notes.
