Over a year after Chrissy Teigen suffered a loss of pregnancy the 36-year-old is giving IVF a shot, opening up about her experience so far and documenting the process. On Sunday, Teigen appeared at the 7th annual Hollywood Beauty Awards, giving Entertainment Tonight an update on her IVF journey.

“Everything is good. I finished my IVF part, so I feel so much healthier and so much better with that,” Teigen revealed at the event, although this was not the first time she had shared that she was embarking on a journey with in vitro fertilization. The model has been vocal on her social media in recent months, sharing photos on her Instagram story of the shots and leveling with fans on the process.

Teigen has also taken to her Instagram grid to post an update on her IVF plans as well, coming over a year after the loss of her third child, Jack. Back in February Teigen wrote, “I wanted to let you guys know I’m balls deep in another IVF cycle to save as many eggos as I possibly can and hopefully make some strong, healthy embryos. I honestly don’t mind the shots…they make me feel like a doctor/chemist.”

After touching on the bloating that the IVF has caused, the model added, “I humbly beg you to stop asking if I’m pregnant because while I know it’s said with excited, good intentions, it just kind of sucks to hear because I am the opposite of pregnant! But also like please stop asking people, anyone, if they’re pregnant.”

Teigen has also shared images to her Instagram story showing the IVF shots, writing on the since timed-out picture, “no it doesn’t hurt,” and “the other shot burns a bit (ok a lot).” The 36-year-old also added, “they say to pinch the skin but I feel like that makes it burn more. But listen to your doc lol.”

Teigen and her singer husband, John Legend are parents to children Luna (5) and Miles (3).
