New year, new face? 2022 got off to an interesting start for Chrissy Teigen, as the picture she shared to social media on Sunday, January 2nd sent her fans into an absolute frenzy! While the picture was actually to show off her new haircut, it was the 36-year-old model and cookbook author’s face that garnered the most attention, as fans said she looked unrecognizable!
The former Sports Illustrated model captioned the photo of herself debuting her new blunt long bob: “fresh cut! I know I know snip snap snip snap @nikki_makeup @lukepluckrose.” The interesting thing about the picture the Cravings author shared was that she didn’t look like herself – but she looked strangely like another famous face! Fans instantly mistook John Legend’s wife for a certain Khloé Kardashian, and we have to admit that we’re inclined to agree! Talk about twinning!
"Whoa! I thought this was Khloe," wrote one IG user. "Looked like khloe kardashian when I looked quickly," agreed another. "Chile I thought that was Khloe," added another fan, followed by a confused emoji. "For a moment I thought I was looking at Khloe Kardashian," yet another user wrote, while another Insta user insinuated that Chrissy's resemblance to Khloe might not be a good thing. "Why does everyone look like a Kardashian now a days?" they asked, followed by a tearful emoji.
We're not sure how long the Lip Sync Battle co-host's current look will stay for, as she is quite fond of changing up her appearance these days. A few months ago, she unveiled the results of her eyebrow transplant surgery (to get fuller brows, which she felt she was lacking due to overplucking them in her youth – just like everyone in the 90s and early 00s) and we couldn’t get over the transformation! She also underwent a cheek fat removal procedure a few months prior, which she also shared with her fans on social media. We hope Chrissy doesn’t take things too far and go overboard!
