Christie Brinkley Proves She’s Still Got It By Stepping Out In A Fiery Red Mini Dress

Christie Brinkley brought holiday cheer to the set of Today with Hoda and Jenna and stunned fans with her timelessly chic style!
The model, 68, rocked a long-sleeved red mini dress with a sultry, thigh-skimming hemline that helped show off her incredibly toned figure and ageless beauty.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum also discussed her love for Christmastime and spending time with her children and shared that she’d love to reprise her iconic National Lampoon’s Vacation role one day.
Brinkley proved that red is most certainly her color during her live television appearance while donning the mini dress. Along with this piece, the mom of three added sparkly, glitter-adorned silver heeled boots and accessorized her get-up with a shiny chunky ring.
She also sported a classic red manicure to match her frock, and was later spotted on the streets of New York City wearing a black coat over the rest of her ensemble. Brinkley wore her signature layered, face-framing blonde tresses and bangs down and styled into an elegant blowout.
As for makeup, Brinkley went for 60s-esque rounded black liner, voluminous lashes, rosy blush along her high cheekbones and a quintessential red lipstick hue to top it all off.
While speaking with hosts Hoda Kotb, 58, and Jenna Bush Hager, 41, Brinkley also promoted her sugar-free and vegan Champagne and wine brand, Bellissima and shared her favorite ways of getting into the holiday spirit.
“I love Christmas, and I love decorating. When the kids were little, I loved recreating all the magic. I would put the train track around the tree, and all of that stuff,” Brinkley said of her three children; Alexa Ray Joel, 36, Jack Paris Brinkley Cook, 27, and Sailor Brinkley Cook, 24. “I love a good old-fashioned Christmas.”
Later on in the interview, Kotb and Bush Hager asked Brinkley about a recent interview she did with Social Life magazine, in which Brinkley discussed her love life, telling the publication, “The love of my life is my life.” Brinkley explained to the co-hosts that her main priority is living in the moment rather than searching for a romantic partner.
“It’s all about appreciating where you are at the moment, and at the moment, I have this beautiful life, and I’m loving it,” she said. “If somebody happens to stumble into it, and it fits, great. But, otherwise, I’m in the moment, and I’m loving life and living each day to the fullest, and just loving life.”
Brinkley also recalled starring in the 1983 comedy National Lampoon’s Vacation as the woman in the Ferrari and opened up about reuniting with her co-stars Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo. “I just love them so much. It was so great to see them, and it was so much fun,” Brinkley said of their meeting 40 years after the original release of the film.
When asked if she would ever like to appear in a potential sequel to the film, she said, “We should. We really should. C’mon Chevy, let’s do it.” (And fans would be more than happy to see them onscreen together again!)
