Christina Aguilera is one of the many celebrities who have recently undergone weight loss transformations—and one that claims to have done so without the help of weight loss drugs. While many celebs like Oprah or Whoopi Goldberg are turning to Ozempic, others like Lindsay Lohan, Jelly Roll, and Christina Aguilera are focusing on their diet and exercise routines.
While Aguilera has said in the past that she follows the Rainbow Diet, she revealed that she now doesn’t diet at all, and rather practices intuitive eating. Keep reading for more information.

Christina Aguilera's 40-Pound Weight Loss
The "Genie in a Bottle" hitmaker previously revealed that she followed the Rainbow Diet, especially after the birth of her children – 16-year-old son Max, and 10-year-old daughter Summer – and after her divorce from Jordan Bratman.
The Rainbow Diet promotes a primarily plant-based regimen rich in vibrant fruits and vegetables. Each day, the aim is to consume at least one serving of produce in every color of the rainbow. This approach not only focuses on what Aguilera included in her meals but also on what she avoided, such as condiments and alcohol, due to their lack of nutritional value.

Xtina 'No Longer Diets'
However, as well the the Rainbow Diet clearly worked for the singer, she apparently has no need for it now. Speaking to L'Officiel, she revealed that she now focuses on intuitive eating, rather than following a specific diet. Intuitive eating encourages people to listen to their body's hunger cravings and fullness cues rather than restricting.
"I no longer diet," Christina explained, adding that she still prioritizes whole foods, but no longer follows a strict eating plan or restricts herself when it comes to what foods to include in her eating habits.
