Aguilera previously revealed that she followed the Rainbow Diet, especially after the birth of her children – 16-year-old son Max, and 10-year-old daughter Summer – and after her divorce from Jordan Bratman.
Currently, Aguilera is said to prioritize a diet of natural foods and regular physical activity to keep her slender and admired physique. During her first pregnancy with her son Max, the powerhouse vocalist experienced weight gain.

Two years later, as she prepared for her role in Burlesque, Aguilera shed some pounds but regained them later that year following her divorce from Bratman. How did she manage her weight loss? Xtina disclosed that she limited her daily calorie consumption to 1600 and adhered to the Rainbow Diet.
The Rainbow Diet promotes a primarily plant-based regimen rich in vibrant fruits and vegetables. Each day, the aim is to consume at least one serving of produce in every color of the rainbow. This approach not only focuses on what Aguilera included in her meals but also on what she avoided, such as condiments and alcohol, due to their lack of nutritional value.

However, many reports indicate that the "Come on Over" artist has since moved away from such stringent dietary rules and now prioritizes whole foods while reducing her intake of sugary and processed items.
According to In Touch Weekly, the star engages in a variety of physical activities, including yoga, boxing, strength training, and cardio workouts, typically exercising between two to five times each week.
Regarding confidence and body positivity, Aguilera previously told Marie Claire: "I’ve been through highs, I’ve been through my lows. I’ve been through the gamut of all things in this business. Being too thin. Being bigger. I’ve been criticized for being on both sides of the scale." She went on: "I love my body."
