There's no better place to get your coffee from than Dunkin Donuts. After all, America does run on Dunkin, right? Though DD is undeniably delicious, it should be noted that not everything on their menu is a good choice, especially when it comes to their coffee menu...

In fact, there's one drink that employees urge customers to avoid because of its unhealthy nutrition facts; it's the Caramel Coffee Coolata! Former DD employee Katie Belfiore tells SHEfinds that the blended coffee beverage is loaded with sugar and "has so much more calories than you'd expect" it to.
"When it comes to being healthy at Dunkin Donuts, I always tell people not to order the Caramel Coffee Coolata, which is a variation of Dunkin's Coolata that you can customize," Belfiore says. "A lot of customers would order a large Caramel Coffee Coolata without realizing that it can have up to 600 calories if you order it with skim milk, and all of that is just coming from your coffee for the day!"
Instead of over-indulging in a Caramel Coffee Coolata, Belfiore suggests opting for a caramel iced latte instead. You'll still be getting your sweet caramel fix for the day, but it won't do as much harm to your waistline or your daily calorie intake. "Iced lattes with skim milk or almond milk are a healthier alternative to the blended coffee drinks," Belfiore tells SHEfinds. "I recommend asking for a flavor shot rather than the flavor swirls, as they're unsweetened and sugar free."
