There are certain condiments that no one who is trying to lose weight should ever buy. Although there are quite a few condiments you should keep in moderation, mayonnaise is definitely one of the worst offenders.

Mayonnaise

According to Food Network, one cup of mayo contains 1440 calories, 160 grams fat, and 24 grams saturated fat while one tablespoon contains 103 calories, 12 grams fat, and 2 gram saturated fat. The combination of fat and calories can quickly add up if you are not careful, so using mayo too frequently that can make weight loss even more challenging than it already is.

If you can't give up this condiment, try a low fat or low cal version instead.
