At the start of the clip, the doctor pulled up a “recent photo of Victoria that made” him “want to look a bit closer, because her face is showing minimal signs of aging and looks much tighter.” He continued, “if we take things back to 2021, her face here shows clear signs of overfilling.”

He analyzed photos of Beckham with a "10-year difference" between them.
"There's no way you can have the same facial contours without having some degree of surgical intervention," he went on, explaining that she has an "M-shaped lip," which is characterized by a "central portion and thinner sides." He added, "this is notoriously challenging to inject with filler, which can be prone to projecting the top lip forward and creating a shelf."
The doctor concluded his thoughts on the Victoria Beckham Beauty mogul, sharing that "she's a great example of where surgery may have been performed in a very effective but discreet way."
