Costco is renowned for its high-quality products in bulk at competitive prices. Among its wide selection, Costco features a range of ready-to-cook meals, many of which are perfect for air fryers. Air fryers have gained popularity as a convenient and healthier way to prepare meals, requiring little to no oil while delivering crispy, delicious results.

For those on a weight loss journey, combining Costco’s nutritious food options with air fryer cooking can be a game-changer.

Trent Harrison, a fitness coach who has over 860K followers on TikTok, shared his favorite air fryer meals from Costco that “are all high in protein, simple to make, and taste incredible in the air fryer!” Read on to discover all four.

1. Chef Hak’s Organic Chicken Meatballs

These meatballs are a better option for weight loss, according to Harrison, and are also paleo-friendly.

“This is perfect for pasta or rice [and] has more protein,” he says, with 13 grams of protein for 130 calories. “They taste bomb” and “are perfect in the air fryer," plus, they only take eight minutes to make.

2. Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Fillets

“You’ve probably tried the nuggets, but the fillets are next level. If you like chicken sandwiches, pick these up, put these in the air fryer, and make a sandwich,” Harrison says.

This item has no antibiotics, hormones, artificial ingredients, preservatives, or steroids. They have 22 grams of protein for 240 calories.

3. Organic Broccoli Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breast

While this meal may look indulgent due to its stuffing, it’s surprisingly fat loss-friendly.

“This right here is a steal. The chicken breast in the air fryer comes out juicy and tender. 23 grams of protein for 210 calories,” he reveals. Harrison also suggests pairing it with sweet potatoes or regular potatoes.

4. Amylu Chicken Breakfast Sausage Links

It's easy to grab an unhealthy option during breakfast when you’re running late, but these sausage links are easy to prepare and full of protein.

“If you get sick and tired of boring eggs in the morning, this is the perfect addition,” he adds. Or you can toss it in the air fryer to take your eggs to the next level.

This item contains 12 grams of protein for 130 calories. Harrison recommends diversifying this meal by pairing it with omelet, a breakfast sandwich, or just a simple sausage side.
