Kirkland Signature Mini Peanut Butter Cups
The Kirkland Signature Mini Peanut Butter Cups were definitely a yummy treat for all dessert-lovers! If you had a sweet tooth, chances are this item always ended up in your shopping cart. Unfortunately, the big-box store company decided to discontinue selling this product. According to Eat This, Not That!, "While these tiny candies haven't made a comeback yet, Costco offers a nice salty swap with their Signature Peanut Butter Filled Pretzel Nuggets."
All-Beef Polish Sausage
Mashed reported in a 2019 article that "in the summer of 2018, Costco made a move that caused major backlash: They revamped the food court menu and did away with one of the most popular offerings—the all-beef Polish sausage—which had been a long-standing option in that famous $1.50 combo." It's been years since the menu changed, but Costco fans are still pretty heartbroken with this decision. A 2021 Reddit post shows that it's actually one of the Costco items that they miss the most.
Half-Sheet Cakes
In a 2020 article published by Today, it was confirmed that Costco officially stopped selling their beloved half-sheet cakes. The big-box store announced in an official statement to Today, "We are currently not selling our 1/2 sheet cakes at any US locations and as of right now, we have no immediate plans to bring them back. We are focusing on our smaller 10" White & 10" Chocolate Cakes that seem to be resonating with our members."
