Costco Just Added A New Bakery Item–Its Not The Big Cinnamon Rolls!

That includes Costco! In fact, the membership-based warehouse store has already begun ringing in spring with some tasty new items, including a baked good that has our mouths watering: Mini Carrot Cakes. If you’re still waiting on those beloved giant cinnamon rolls, we’re sorry to say that they haven’t made a return to the Costco bakery yet—however, these Mini Carrot Cakes should be enough to satisfy your sweet tooth in the meantime. They’ve hit shelves just in time to celebrate the first signs of spring, and shoppers are already singing their praises.
@costobuys, and Instagram account dedicated to showcasing the latest items at the warehouse, recently shared the news with their followers. “DELICIOUS Mini Carrot Cakes at Costco! These are one of my bakery favorites!” they wrote. “They’re topped with a cream cheese icing, feature raisins & walnuts, and are SO good! Get a 6-pack for $9.99!”
We’re certainly convinced—and so are other shoppers.
