Kodiak Frozen Waffle & Skirt Steak Recall
The Kodiak recall applies to the Protein Packed Power Waffles in Buttermilk & Vanilla flavor. Sold at Costco in boxes of 40 and boasting 12 grams of protein in each serving, this is a breakfast staple for many, but unfortunately, plastic pieces have been discovered in some of the waffles. If you live in the Midwest and have recently purchased the Power Waffles, check to make sure your package isn't included in the recall. The recalled products have a UPC code of 705599019203 and a use by date of 1/10/26 and a lot code of 24193-WL4.
The Smokey Hibachi Seasoned Beef Skirt Steak recall applies to packages with a sell by date of 9/13/2024, and while no plastic pieces have been found in this product, it was recalled because it contains soy, wheat, and sesame, all serious allergens, all of which were not listed on the ingredients label.
