  • Small low-carb tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Brown the lean beef in a skillet. If you’re using the refried beans, mix them in with the beef, along with the taco seasoning and a splash of taco or enchilada sauce.
  2. Lay out your small low-carb tortillas and place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each one.
