Rebecca Loos Doubles Down On Affair Claims
Loos, who has spoken up about their affair numerous times over the past two decades, still sticks to her version of the truth, despite Beckham vehemently denying her claims each time. During her appearance on 60 Minutes, she stayed true to her word again. "In my opinion, it was a very brave thing to do to go up against them," she said of the Beckham power couple.
"I have stuck to the truth. I've never exaggerated. I never lied about a single thing," she continued. "Why? Because I'm going up against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media who have all the money in the world for the best PR, the best lawyers. And all I had on my side was the truth."
Rebecca Loos' Affair
Rebecca Loos sold the story of their “affair” to newspapers News of the World (now defunct) and Sky News, claiming the two began their secret love in Madrid while Victoria was back in the UK. He was an “amazing lover,” Rebecca gushed. “The chemistry between David and I was so strong… we were just locked into each other all night.”
Within hours of the story being published, everyone was talking about it. Talk show hosts spent more time talking about David Beckham’s alleged affair than his soccer skills, and David and Victoria’s faces were splashed on the covers of magazines and newspapers for weeks. However, over 20 years later, the couple has shown that rumors cannot come between their love.
