Victoria Beckham's Husband, David Beckham, Says She Has Eaten Grilled Fish And Steamed Vegetables Everyday, For 25 Years
In early 2022, David revealed on the "River Cafe Table 4" podcast, that he "wants everyone to try" his food when he is "eating something great," but his wife does not share that same passion.
"Unfortunately I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years," the former soccer player said.
David shared on the podcast that he only remembers sharing his meal with his other half once.
"The only time she's ever probably shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant," David said. "I can't remember what it was, but I know she's not eaten it since."
The pair have been married since 1999 and share four children: Brooklyn, 25; Romeo, 21; Cruz, 19; and Harper, 12. David specified during the interview that Victoria's meal switch-up was during her last pregnancy, with Harper.
Victoria Beckham Says Her Husband Has Never Met Anyone "More Disciplined" With Their Diet Than Her
Later, in July 2022, in an interview with Vogue Australia, the former Spice Girl responded to her husband's remarks about her eating habits.
"I mean, talk about making me sound boring," Victoria joked. "What he meant is that he's never met anyone who's more disciplined with the way that they eat."
The fashion designer shared that while she does stick to her usual grilled fish and steamed veggies, she also likes to add healthy fats like avocado and nuts.
Victoria also shared that she usually drinks unless there is "a reason not to." However, she does detox from alcohol for "three to six months" from time to time.
It is also important to note that before the Vogue Australia interviewer got to her home, Victoria had already run 30 minutes uphill, walked Harper to school and completed one hour of weight training with her trainer.
"I'm quite extreme in anything I do," Victoria said. "Whether it's eating or working out or drinking or not drinking."
