Demi Lovato has been having a MAJOR fashion moment lately. The singer has been taking some serious risks and rocking some bold choices on the red carpet, leaving fans in complete awe of her fashion transformation. But, the dress she wore on the American Music Awards red carpet really took her fashion to the next level...

Lovato wore a sheer black Ester Abner gown that left little to the imagination with its sheer bodice. The singer looked sleek and sexy in the ruched dress, which helped her land on several Best Dressed lists, including Billboard's and Harper's Bazaar's.
This sheer look came after Lovato SLAYED on the MTV Europe Music Awards red carpet in this gorgeous patterned pantsuit by Styland. She looks SO good, right?!
But, Lovato's AMAs dress wasn't the only big moment from the red carpet. She invited newly-elected state legislator Danica Roem, who will be the first out and seated transgender state legislator in U.S. history.
"Such an honor to have Danica Roem, who will be the first out and seated transgender state legislator in U.S. history, by my side tonight at the AMAs. Danica put up with a lot of hate and bullsh*t by people who said she couldn’t win, but she did. Her story is so inspiring and I was so proud to have her next to me before the performance for #sorrynotsorry which is an unapologetic anthem to all haters out there. Danica, you are an inspiration to so many and I can’t wait see all the amazing things you do," Lovato said on Instagram.
