The 61-year-old The Substance actress gave the update about Willis’ battle with the aggressive form of dementia during a conversation at the Hamptons International Film Festival on Sunday, October 13th, which saw her receive the prestigious Career Achievement in Acting award.

The ageless actress, who shares daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah with the 69-year-old Die Hard actor, once again confirmed that he is "stable" when she was asked about his health status.

"You know, I've said this before. The disease is what the disease is. And I think you have to be in real deep acceptance of what that is. But for where he's at, he is stable," the Ghost alum shared.

"What I always encourage is to just meet them where they're at," she continued, adding: "When you're holding on to what was, I think it's a losing game. But when you show up to meet them where they're at, there is great beauty and sweetness."

What Did Demi Moore Say About Bruce Willis' Health Last Month?

The Indecent Proposal actress, who ended her marriage with the Assassin actor back in 2000, said a similar thing during an appearance on the Drew Barrymore Show last month.

"Given the givens, he is in a stable place," Moore said, before going on to tell the Charlie's Angels alum about how the family – which also includes Bruce's wife, Emma Heming Willis and their two daughters, Mabel and Evelyn – are coping. "What I say to my kids is you meet them where they're at. You don't hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but who they are in this moment," she explained.
