A good detox can work wonders on your body. Food blogger Ksenia Prints of At The Immigrant’s Table told SheFinds, “A healthy detox allows us to reset our system, rid our body of malevolent toxins and kickstart that perfect state of homoeostasis, a balanced state where the body remains harmonious and is better able to take on life’s challenges.”
Plus, detoxing is a lot easier than it sounds. You don’t need to go on a week-long cleanse or cut out your favorite foods to detox. All you need to do is eat certain foods or spices with detoxifying benefits.
“To clear your liver and your digestive system, it’s important to give the body a boost of fiber, fresh water, healthy fats and those all-crucial vitamins,” Prints added.
