In an engaging TikTok video, dietitian and content creator Jamie Nadeau showcased some of her top picks for fast food breakfasts at Dunkin’ that she deems both nutritious and packed with protein.

She broke down one wrap and two English muffin sandwich options for those prioritizing protein and maybe on a weight loss journey.

60+ Gift Ideas For Everyone On Your List

3 Healthy Dunkin' Breakfast Sandwich Choices, According To A Dietitian

1. Wake-Up Wrap

Dunkin's Wake-Up wraps, Nadeau noted, are "really popular." She added: "You probably need two because one  is not enough protein and not enough calories to keep you satisfied."

At this chain, each sandwich (with 7 grams of protein) is custom-crafted with your preferred protein source, egg, and cheese. Two of these wraps make the ideal combo to kick off your morning or energize your afternoon, the expert shared.

2. Egg & Cheese On An English Muffin

Nadeau referred to this simple menu item as her "go-to" as it has 14 grams of protein. "It's so underrated and you can also add ham or something like that if you want a little bit more protein."

3. Turkey, Sausage, Egg And Cheese On An English Muffin

This third option has "a little bit more protein" than the previous sandwich, Nadeau said. This breakfast has 23 grams of it.

Overall, adopting a nutritious diet is essential for both shedding pounds and maintaining a healthy weight. This involves making thoughtful decisions about your food intake, but it doesn’t mean you have to completely forgo your beloved fast food indulgences.

The real challenge for many is to discover choices that support their health objectives while still enjoying the ease of quick meals.

Luckily, with some savvy and preparation, you can relish your favorite Dunkin’ delights without derailing your weight loss efforts.

The secret lies in selecting menu items that are low in calories, rich in protein, and devoid of excessive sugars and fats.
