Twitter Users Slam Donald Trump As An ‘Embarrassment’ And Question His Mental Capacity After He ‘Fumbles’ Recent Ireland Speech: ‘Stupid’

Earlier this month, Donald Trump gave a speech at the Capitol Hill ‘Friends of Ireland’ Luncheon, but ended up butchering part of his speech. Donald Trump's 'Patriot Saint'
With St. Patrick's Day only a few days away at the time, Donald Trump was speaking of the holiday when he repeatedly called Saint Patrick Ireland's "patriot saint" rather than the correct term, "patron saint," despite having a script in front of him.
The president, who has said in the past that he doesn't even need a script or teleprompter, made this mistake numerous times and didn't correct himself once, leaving many attendees confused and online viewers appalled.
Social Media Reactions
Many viewers are arguing that this is yet another exhibition of dementia and cognitive decline. "He has all the symptoms of a person who has dementia," one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter. "It is very common in older people."
"He is turning 79 in 3 short months," another person agreed. "This sort of things happens to the elderly."
"There's no other words than just stupid!" one user wrote. "How did this man who sounds and talked like an uneducated fool ever get elected as a president?"
"This is honestly an embarrassment for America," a final person wrote.
