Drew Barrymore is another one of those ageless celebs who is looking better than ever these days. But judging by what she has said in previous interviews and on social media over the years, she puts a lot of hard work into looking as good as she does, having previously told InStyle: “I have to work so hard at not being the size of a bus… And it’s OK. That is just my journey. That is my karma. I don’t know, maybe I was thin and mean in a past life.”

The 49-year-old Drew Barrymore Show host famously shed 20 lbs after giving birth to her daughters Olive, 11, and Frankie, 10, and credited both diet and exercise with the weight loss. We want to focus on her diet today, so let’s take a look at some of the things she eats for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and those all-important snacks below…

What Does Drew Barrymore Eat For Breakfast?

The 50 First Dates actress told Grubstreet that she likes to start her day with a glass of lemon water, saying: "It's a great way to jump-start your body for the day." And as far as actual food is concerned, her Instagram has us believe that she often eats avocado toast with red pepper flakes, olive oil, and sea salt.

According to Hello, the Blended actress is also a fan of mixing it up and eating things like eggs and fruit, and even treats herself to pancakes or French toast when she's eating with her daughters or friends. Sounds good to us!

What Does Drew Barrymore Eat For Lunch And Dinner?

For lunch, the Never Been Kissed alum will have something quick and simple such as a grain bowl, sushi, a veggie burrito, or even a salad.

Her dinner is just as healthy, with Drew previously explaining that she regularly follows plant-based influencer and Recipes for Your Perfectly Imperfect Life author Kimberly Snyder's vegan recipes. But she doesn't always stick to the recipes 100%, as she confessed that she sometimes adds chicken to them for extra protein.

"I followed Kimberly Snyder's methods, but I added some protein like fish and chicken since she's all vegetarian or vegan. I've been very disciplined," she previously told Us Weekly.

And never forgetting snacks, the actress confessed that she likes eating chips and guacamole, hummus, veggies or cheese with fruit and honey.

Last year, she shared a video of herself on Instagram tucking into a bag of chips with Coca Cola, and captioned the post: "Chips + Coca Cola = The Greatest Combo Ever!" She's not wrong; and we love how she always keeps it real!
