Drew Barrymore Is Overly ‘Touchy’ With Oprah
In the clip posted to Instagram, the pair are having a conversation about the importance of engaging with the audience during their shows. As they talk, Drew interlocks her fingers with Oprahs with one hand and holds it close to her chest, and with the other, she caresses Oprah’s forearm.
Oprah even appears to try and take her arm away from Drew as she adjusts her position on the couch, but Drew holds on tight to her hand, not letting her go. Oprah eventually takes her hand from Drew as she emphasizes her story with her hands, but even as she does this, Drew has her hands on Oprah’s forearm, elbow, and biceps.
Though Oprah has since said to TMZ, “I was not uncomfortable at all,” fans still think Drew needs a lesson in personal space.

In the comment section of this video, fans expressed that even as viewers, they were uncomfortable with the Never Been Kissed actress's actions. "The hand hold and the arm being caressed is past my boundary," one user wrote.

"If I were ever a guest in this situation I'd have to have a boundaries discussion backstage," said another person.

"Oprah looks like she's missing the 6ft rule!" a final fan wrote. "Can't even listen to what they are saying! All I notice is hand holding and awkward caressing!"
