Bikinis are at their absolute sexiest these days. Not only do we have the controversial but oh so racy upside-down bikini that was taking the world by storm last year, with no signs of slowing down this year, but we now also have the thongkini (thank you Kim Kardashian for perhaps the best and most seductive example of that.) And the trend that we think competes with both of those devilishly provocative styles is the micro bikini, which is also taking Hollywood by storm!
It should therefore come as no surprise to learn that style maven Dua Lipa is already very fond of the micro bikini trend. As she is with any other trend that involves flaunting her beyond-enviable body! The 27-year-old “Levitating” hitmaker stunned her 86M Instagram followers when she posted a picture of herself rocking the micro bikini trend on August 13th. And what’s more, the four other equally stylish women posing alongside her were also flaunting their curves in the teeny tiny pieces of swimwear too!

Dua’s micro bikini came in a very en-vogue orange hue, and she accessorized it with matching orange sunglasses and a blue baseball cap, which she wore backwards, with her dark locks worn in a casual down do underneath. The “New Rules” singer captioned her post, “sunbums,” with a sun emoji on either side, and her fans (as well as a few family members!) went wild in the comments section!
Younger sister Rina Lipa commented with five heart emojis, while mom Anesa Lipa commented with five heart emojis, each one a different color! “Gorgeous,” one fan commented, followed by a red heart emoji. “Lovely girls,” added another, again followed by a red heart emoji. Another fan commented with five fire emojis, while another showed their love for the bikini by posting five red heart emojis. We think it’s safe to say that the micro bikini was a *huge* hit!
