Whether it’s for their seasonal holiday drinks (that customers give a 10/10) or basically any donut or breakfast sandwich on their regular menu, Dunkin’ continues to give us a reason to get out of bed in the morning. Ben Affleck isn’t the only one who runs on the Massachusetts-based chain anymore. They’ve continued to expand their footprint, releasing canned-iced-coffee drinks at Walmart and then dropping a new St. Patrick’s Day coffee drink that rivals McDonald’s Shamrock Shake. And for their latest act, Dunkin’ released even more spring menu additions this week, including Breakfast Tacos. Taco Bell might want to watch its back!

What’s inside Dunkin’s Breakfast Tacos?
The Breakfast Tacos begin with warm flour tortillas topped with scrambled eggs, melted white cheddar, tangy lime crema, and fire-roasted corn—an ingredient they say sets the tacos apart from their competitors. Dunkin’ also offers the option to add crispy bacon crumbles on top for a flavorful protein boost.

While Dunkin’ is known for sweet breakfast pastries, the latest addition makes it easier than ever to grab your morning brew and fuel up with an appetizing breakfast option all at the same time.
Inserting themselves in the savory-breakfast-option market, Dunkin’s addition goes up against the likes of McDonald’s famous Egg McMuffin and breakfast sandwiches, Taco Bell’s morning burritos and quesadillas, and Wendy’s Breakfast Baconator and morning biscuits. Dunkin’ already served up savory breakfast options like avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches, but with the addition of Breakfast Tacos, their expanded menu is competing to be the one-stop shop for all your morning needs.
But as My San Antonio reported, the tacos might have tough competition in southern cities like Austin and San Antonio, Texas, where breakfast tacos can be found at nearly every neighborhood restaurant. For efficiency’s sake, though, some locals might enjoy being able to grab tacos with their morning or mid-afternoon coffee.
San Antonio and Austin must come together to defeat the one true enemy: Dunkin (for legal purposes, this is a joke) https://t.co/rUlA2YwhKm
